Passive income as a Creator — no myth
If you've already built a community, Winbase lets you earn not just through your own raffles and competitions — but also whenever other Creators sign up through your link. The referral program is exclusive to Creators and runs fully automatically in the background.
How the referral program works
Every Creator account has a personal referral link. Share it, and when someone signs up for a Creator subscription through that link, you're automatically registered as the referrer.
You then receive 60% of the gross subscription amount — not just once, but monthly on a recurring basis, for as long as the referred subscription remains active.
Example with a monthly Creator subscription:
- Subscription amount: €29/month
- Your earnings: €17.40 per month
- After 12 months: €208.80 — for a single referral
During the current promotional period, the rate is even 70%.
What counts — and what doesn't
The program is designed to be fraud-resistant:
- Counts: Fully completed, non-cancelled subscriptions
- Does not count: Trial periods, immediately cancelled subscriptions, free accounts
- No earning on €0 invoices: If an invoice isn't generated (e.g. payment failure), no credit is issued
This protects everyone from inflated numbers.
When does payout happen?
Payouts are processed manually by the Winbase team, exclusively on the 1st of each quarter (January 1, April 1, July 1, October 1). For payout, you need a connected Stripe Connect Express account — the same one used for raffle earnings.
If you don't have a Connect account yet, set one up under Settings > Payouts.
How to use your referral link effectively
In social media bios
Add your link directly to bio fields on Instagram, TikTok or YouTube. Phrasings that work well:
- "Create your own raffle: [your link]"
- "My giveaway tool: [your link]"
In content formats
- Behind-the-scenes videos: Show how you create a raffle — and link in the comments
- Story highlight: A permanent "My Giveaways" highlight with a pinned link
- Newsletter: Mention Winbase naturally when announcing a new raffle
Honesty pays off
Users who come through a recommended link and have a bad experience cancel quickly. Only recommend Winbase when you're genuinely convinced — long-term subscriptions earn you long-term income.
Dashboard: your referral overview
Under Creator Dashboard > Referrals you can see:
- How many people clicked your link
- How many of them started a subscription
- Your cumulative earnings
- The status of your next payout
Frequently asked questions
Can I use my own link? No. Self-referrals are automatically detected and not counted.
Does the program apply to Lifetime purchases? Currently, the referral program is limited to monthly and annual Creator subscriptions. Lifetime purchases are not included.
What happens if a referred user downgrades? Earnings only apply to active Creator subscriptions. A downgrade or cancellation ends your earnings from that referral.
