Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Diektec UG (Haftungsbeschränkt), email: support@winbase.io) by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Expiry of withdrawal right for digital content

The right of withdrawal expires for a contract on the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if you have expressly agreed that we begin the performance of the contract before the withdrawal period has expired, and if you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (§ 356(5) BGB).
